I definitely know what it’s like to feel stuck as a smoker. I was there myself. After many years of trial and error, I finally quit for good, not through sheer willpower but by training my nervous system to live and feel safe without nicotine and discovering new ways of relating to emotional and physiological stress.
I’m Katie Thomas, MS, a psychotherapist, somatic therapist, and mindfulness teacher with a deep understanding of behavior change, nervous system regulation, and the psychology and physiology of addiction. I built ZenQuit to be the program I wish I had decades ago.
